Come and Learn Communication and Leadership Skills in an Informal and Friendly Atmosphere
Vox Populi Toastmasters has people of
various levels of experience which will help you develop public
speaking skills (both impromptu and pre-prepared speeches). All members
are encouraged to evaluate each speaker in a constuctive but more
importantly positive manner especially since, we know how hard it is to
stand up and talk in front of an audience.
But more than this we believe it is equally important is that you
develop your confidence and leadership skills by taking part in each
meeting and occasionally carry out each role such as topics master
toastmaster, evaluator, timer or committee member.
We know everyone is different so you decide when you are ready to give a
speech or how much of a role you would like to take in our club.
Our advice is to find a club in which you feel comfortable.
In Vox Populi Toastmasters all visitors are welcome at any of
our meetings or social events so please come along and see do
we live up to our slogan "The Coolest Toastmasters Club in the World"
